• Transaction & Request Data: When requesting product samples, we collect shipping addresses and contact details. Exhibitor tier upgrades collect standard billing information.
• Platform Interaction Data: We track your navigation on the interactive floor plan, booths visited, downloaded resources, 1:1 video meeting schedules, and text interactions with the AI Chatbot.

2. How We Use Your Information

The data we collect is strictly used to operate the platform and enhance B2B networking capabilities.

• Service Delivery: To enable seamless access to virtual halls, live keynote sessions, and real-time scheduling.
• AI Chatbot Operations: Exhibitor-provided Q&A data is used to train specific booth assistants, while Buyer queries are processed to provide accurate automated responses.
• Analytics & Reporting: To provide Enterprise-tier Exhibitors with aggregated analytics regarding booth traffic and resource engagement.

3. Information Sharing with Exhibitors

As a B2B networking platform, specific actions explicitly authorize us to share your data with other users.

• Direct Interactions: If you are a Buyer and you "Book a Meeting," "Request Samples," or save an exhibitor's resource, your profile details (name, company, work email) will be shared with that specific Exhibitor to facilitate the business connection.
• Third-Party Service Providers: We share limited data with trusted infrastructure partners (e.g., email routing services, video hosting providers) necessary to operate the platform.

4. Data Security and Your Rights

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and corporate information.

• Security: Data transmitted through the interactive floor plan and communication modules is encrypted and securely stored.
• Your Rights: You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your account and personal data at any time by contacting our support team via the platform's Help Center.
