1. Acceptance of Terms & Platform Overview

Welcome to Virtual Expo Pro. By accessing or using our platform, including the interactive floor plan, 1:1 video networking, and AI chatbot features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Virtual Expo Pro provides a digital B2B exhibition space connecting global buyers and sellers through virtual booths, live sessions, and integrated communication tools.

2. User Accounts and Registration

To access specific features, users must register as either a Buyer or an Exhibitor. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• Buyer Accounts: Granted access to browse the interactive floor plan, attend live keynote sessions, request product samples, and book 1:1 meetings with exhibitors.
• Exhibitor Accounts: Subject to the selected subscription tier (Standard, Premium, or Enterprise). Exhibitors are responsible for accurately representing their brand, managing their booth capacity, and handling sample requests promptly.
• Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in spam, or misuse the platform's networking tools.

3. Content Ownership and User Conduct

Users retain all intellectual property rights to the materials they upload to Virtual Expo Pro.

• Exhibitor Content: You are solely responsible for the digital brochures, videos, and product information displayed in your virtual booth and provided to the AI Chatbot training module.
• Prohibited Conduct: Users may not scrape data from the interactive floor plan, reverse-engineer platform features, or use the 1:1 video and direct messaging tools for harassment or unsolicited mass marketing outside of intended B2B networking.

4. Fees, Payments, and Liability

All fees associated with Exhibitor tiers (Standard, Premium, Enterprise) are billed as outlined during the registration checkout process.

• Payments: Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Platform access is granted upon successful payment processing.
• Platform Availability: While we strive for 24/7 uptime during active expo dates, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for temporary disruptions to live streams or video meetings.
• Business Transactions: Virtual Expo Pro acts solely as a venue. We are not a party to any agreements, sample requests, or transactions finalized between Buyers and Exhibitors.
